I offer a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly about what you are carrying. Together, we explore the emotional, mental, and physical impact of grief while working to help you process difficult emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, fear, numbness, confusion, resentment, or emotional exhaustion.
